The benefits of Tai Chi for seniors are incredible, just ask Linda.

She says, if you are looking for a low-impact, relaxing form of exercise that only requires about 20 minutes a day and rewards your efforts, Tai Chi is for you.

“I have been doing Tai Chi for over 19 years, and I continued doing it here after I moved into RV Homebase,” Linda said.

“Tai Chi is a relaxation exercise that relaxes every part of your body and exercises every part of your body.

“The health benefits are that it is very good for arthritis and pumps all the blood in your system throughout your body in a very slow way, so every muscle in your body is feeling relaxed and good.”
