There is a tree blooming in secret among the RV Homebase gardens, so we thought we should share it with you!
This stunning Cassia tree is found in the green zone at the T-intersection from the main entrance road near the community centre.
It’s incredible green foliage is not only beautiful but dense with secrets, because hidden behind the leaves are tufts of stunning flowers in yellow and pink.
The tree is called a Cassia ‘Rainbow Shower’, and is a cross between the Cassia fistula (yellow flower) and Cassia javanica (pink flower).
This is the first time the tree has bloomed since being planted at RV Homebase, and although this year it has kept its beautiful features undetected, next year the flowers are expected to fill the tree in cascades of yellow and pink.
We can’t wait!
